Creating My Daikin ID

To create a new Daikin ID, you can visit any application and navigate to the login page. From there you can click on the “register here” button to start your registration.

We have tried to make the registration process as simple as possible. In just a couple of steps you can create or request your Daikin ID.

You can register in 3 different ways:

Step 1

Fill out your email address and choose a safe password.

Step 2

You indicate that you agree with the privacy policy of Daikin and the application’s terms of use. In this step we also ask for your communication preferences you would like to receive.

Step 3

We ask for the following personal information:

First and last name, salutation / gender, mobile number, language and address.

Some information is crucial for using services which is why some fields are mandatory. These are marked by a * in the registration forms.

Step 4

You will receive an email with a verification link. You can use this link to activate your profile. In case of issues you can read the following articles “I did not receive an email” , “The link in my email expired”.

Click on the button of your preferred social platform. The process then follows similar steps as “Register with your email address” except that you will need to fill out less information and don’t need to verify your email address since we receive some information from the social platform.

We support Google- and Facebook-accounts, and the Apple-ID.

It is possible that your Apple-ID hides your true email address and shares with Daikin a unique and random email address (for more info click here). This does not cause an issue, but will prevent you from merging your account with other social accounts that share the same email address in the future.

You can request a professional Daikin ID when visiting an application which requires verified company information before granting access.

Step 1

First, questions will be asked about your organization to check if you are a known partner in our system. In case we recognize your organization, some questions about the organization will be skipped.

In case we didn’t recognize your organization you will need to provide details we need to verify and get to know your organization.

Step 2

Personal information will be asked next in order for us to identify and communicate with you correctly.

The email you fill out will be used to create your Daikin ID. Since the Daikin ID is personal, please avoid shared email addresses e.g., info@ or service@ and instead use email addresses that are unique for you. 

Step 3

Once you submitted your registration, Daikin will review your request and you can expect a reply within a couple of business days.

In case your request was approved, you will receive a welcome email with an initial password which you can use during your first login. You will be asked to change your password after the first login (see also “Password guidelines”).

In case your request was declined, you will receive a notification from us explaining why your request was declined.

No, unfortunately once you go to a next step in the registration process you can’t go back to a previous step.

If you do notice any issue with your registration, you can always update your information in your Daikin ID profile.

The information asked during registration depends on the process (see “Register with your email address”, “Register with your Google, Apple or Facebook account”, “Register for a professional Daikin ID”)

Preferably use a password manager or vault to generate and store a password.

If that is not an option, we would recommend:

  • Create a password of at least 8 characters
  • Combine lowercase -, uppercase letters, digits and symbols
  • Change your password often
  • Don’t use a predictable or common password

Here are some actions you can take:

  • Check your SPAM folder
  • Make sure there is no typo in the email address
  • Repeat your previous steps in the process to trigger a new email
