I did not receive a welcome or verification email, what to do?

Some email providers like Outlook, Gmail or Yahoo might interpret the Daikin ID emails as SPAM or Junk

Therfore, please make sure to check these folders in your mailbox as well.

 

If you still cannot find the welcome email you need to use to set your initial password and activate your Daikin ID account, please contact us and inform us of the email address you used during the registration process.
