Why did I lose access to my Daikin ID?

At the end of May 2021, the Daikin ID was migrated to a new system. During this migration, some accounts could not be migrated because too little information was available. Owners of such accounts therefore no longer have access to their Daikin ID and the applications linked to it, from beginning of June onwards.

 

Can I recover my Daikin ID?

Is my history lost?

Historical data (for example projects stored in Selection Software or installations registered in StandbyMe) will still be available after re-registration for your Daikin ID.
