I received an email informing me that my account will not be migrated to the new Daikin ID and my access will be lost. What do I do?

Why will I lose access to my Daikin ID?

At the end of May 2021, the Daikin ID will be migrated to a new system. During this migration, some accounts will not be migrated because too little information is available for them. Owners of such accounts will therefore no longer have access to their Daikin ID and the applications linked to it, from beginning of June onwards.

 

Can I recover my Daikin ID?

Is my history lost?

Historical data (for example projects stored in Selection Software or installations registered in StandbyMe) will still be available after re-registration for your Daikin ID.
